Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service you've received, we have a 7-day refund policy. This means you have 7 days to request a refund after completing your course or treatment.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and the decision we make is final.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at ellie@lashrevival.co.uk.
